MUTIARA BAYU TIGA CUSTOMER DATABASE SYSTEM
As a part of study we go through in subject of 200CT(Professional Skill and Group
Project) ,we are required to prepared a proposal of a system.Our group have
been decided to prepared a proposal on Reservation System for Mutiara Bayu Tiga
Enterprise.
In this system,as a member of group with Andi lona Binti
Bongkasa,Siti Noor Aini Binti Che Omar and Zurain Najwa Binti Che Omar,I was
responsible in task to clarify the objective of our system which is Mutiara
Bayu Tiga Customer Database System.
To make sure all the objective are related to the system
that we are going to develop,I was required to identify are the company problems. To ensure that the
objectives set out, I took some time to interview clients to obtain information
on what problems they were facing in their business.
As a result of interviews, several problems have been
stated. MBT had no any database system. This problem causes MBT faced with the
difficulty of storing and managing information of customer booking details
systematically. MBT face the problem of data accuracy and not being able to
collect the required data in time. Lastly, MBT face high risk of losing
customer booking data.
As a result in discussion and approval of the client, our
team has provided a proposal of Customer Database System fo MBT. One of the
content in the proposal is the objective in implementing this system.
The objectives are as follows :-
- To
design a flexible and convenient database system for MBT
- To
implement the system
- To
develop a system for MBT admin
We are confident that these objectives will be achieved if
we are committed to implementing this system. As a result later,our system will
facilitate our client in managing their booking system.
